Athene Interims has two parent companies – Athene Communications and Russam GMS. This unique arrangement brings together communications and resourcing expertise in an exciting way.
Athene Communications is a full service strategic communications agency. Athene specialises in helping organisations develop and implement integrated engagement strategies, either for specific projects (such as major developments and change programmes) or to align with an organisation’s overall business plan and objectives. Athene combines a fully integrated approach to engagement and communication that goes far beyond PR, with hands on experience of working with organisations at senior level.
Russam GMS is the longest established mainstream interim management provider in the UK (29 years) and founder member of the Interim Management Association. Rapid growth over the past three years has seen Russam GMS placed in the top six interim management providers in the country. Russam’s core values are to be reliable, innovative, open and trustworthy and these values also run through Athene Interims.
